What do you do when you stumble across a treasure trove of vintage beer cans in a friend’s attic? Well, if you’re the creative soul behind Desert Cans, you start making candles in them and see who bites. Turns out, they’re pretty darn cool and a lot of folks did bite, turning this little creative pursuit into a full-fledged small business. All of their candles are hand-poured from natural soy wax in their studio in Costa Mesa, California, and scented with essential oils in blends that evoke the memories of nature.
